It's a chance to enjoy a hot meal in good company at the hub in Aylesham.

A free baby massage course is starting at @supportbechange on Thursdays, from 11 January to 8 February, 1.30-2.30pm.
It is being run in partnership with Dover, Deal and Sandwich Children’s Centres. Booking is essential on 01304 840134.

A cost of living event is being held at @supportbechange
Residents are invited to come along for advice on a range of issues including water tariffs, digital skills and the cost of living in general.
The event is on Friday, February 2, from 9.30am to 2pm.
