Clinical Clues of renovascular disease:
1- Malignant HTN
2-Resistant HTN
3- Severe HTN with Diffuse Atherosclerosis
4- Severe HTN with recurrent flash pulmonary oedema.
5- Onset of Severe HTN (180/120) after the age of 54.
After my last tweet, most of the questions I received about USMLE Step 1 were actually about resources.
The biggest problem I see is not a lack of resources,itโs too many resources.
Step 1 is more about choosing a resource & sticking to it consistently.
