@AIEConf I allocate at least 30 minutes at the end of each day to reflect on my day and what is coming up. thinking about big things that happen each week or month help me allocate the right amount of time so that i am proactive
also when i think of something that has become urgent i reflect on why it is an urgent issue. is it because of a system or process i have not considered or needs refinement. it's usually about that and less of something that was completely unforeseen #aieconf
My goal for managing time is to be intentional and strategic so that I balance out my priorities and roles. Work priorities in my professional role, family, self, etc. Did i make full use of the time or did i spend time in "time waste" activities?#aieconf
My time value strategy is about considering how much time I need for anything on my schedule. Example if I have a meeting to attend not only do I schedule the meeting, but I think about time I need to prepare for the meeting either as a presenter or participant.#aieconf
When thinking about my time for tasks I try to be very intentional with the how I manage myself using time as a resource. This means being thoughtful and realistic about how much time I need for each task #aieconf
