Why is it that I am unable to cancel @SavageXFenty membership. The only reason I got a membership in the first place is because I wanted to purchase a specific set and you can only purchase things with a membership. But they make it difficult and not very good customer service

@MsJayTeeR @HadrianAD122 Assist them. At times staff even delay trains so that we can assist other people but we always find a solution. If you turn up to the station you need to make someone aware especially if you missed your booked service because we have no way of knowing you will turn up

@MsJayTeeR @HadrianAD122 Sometimes in stations we get hundreds of passengers that request assistance. Which means we are not always available for passengers that just turn up which is why the booking system exists. When passengers just turn up they speak to a staff member and we find someone that can
