On Christmas 2024, a few friends and I walked around a park smoking a joint. In the distance, but not so far, an innocent family performed TikTok dances in front of a phone mounted onto a tripod. I, at the sight of such a thing, was brought to my knees with a laughter that rang out for all to hear. This innocent family, in spite of this, continued dancing, continued enjoying themselves, continued living. Truly in front of me were The Meek, and I could finally understand how the world was theirs. Trying to humiliate them brought me to my knees, humility kept me on them. I went home and beat my dick so hard I left abrasions on the head of my penis.

Years of drinking and driving, sometimes with one eye closed. Many occasions of driving a car with a blunt in my mouth, and the smoke nearly blinding me. Even the times where I used my knees to steer in order to do a key, without swerving may I add. Only to be brought down by a texting and driving ticket. I am not the man I thought I was.
