Chintai is fascinating because it attacks the token-value-capture problem.

They use the tokenization infrastructure → fees occur → the system creates CHEX demand.

And this isn’t simply an anonymous DeFi project. Chintai says its Singapore entity is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a Capital Markets Services licensee and Recognised Market Operator, and its platform handles issuance, compliance, trading and settlement of tokenized securities and other assets.
