Train number 15467 / 15468 Siliguri Bamanhat passenger used to stop at Chalsa Jn (CLD) railway station of Jalpaiguri district, West Bengal before Covid pandemic. But in the post Covid condition this is no more a stopage for the train.

This is the only train which connects Chalsa (a popular tourist destination of North Bengal) with Coochbehar & Alipurduar district simultaneously . Otherwise people are dependent on only road transport, which are too much hectic in nature.

People of Chalsa has given a deputation to the local DRM via station master as well.

So, this is my humble request to you to kindly reconsider Chalsa Jn (CLD) as a stopage for the mentioned train route.
