20872 Vande Bharat Exp from Rourkela to Howrah was 1 hr late to arrive at Tata Stn. today and reached Howrah 1 hr late too. It is sad if 4 hr travel gets delayed by 1 hr. in VB Exp. Deterioration of food quality and cleanliness could be noticed too.
