Thank you @SorchaPollak for giving me the chance to talk about my country, extremely grateful to help Burma from countries away by spreading awareness in any way that I can.
Please keep following the news on #WhatsHappeningInMyanmar , the situation gets worse day by day.
Seeing Syria overthrow Assad’s regime fills me with hope. Decades of military dictatorships destroying lives can be ended. One day soon, we’ll see freedom in Myanmar too. ✊ 🥹
I’ve reported enough, now it’s done.
Syria is ours: Free, Beautiful, and WITHOUT ASSAD, as it should be. Time to finally feel it 🥹. Over 13 years of a life built and centered around this moment.
Thank you all.
It would be great to see international coverage of the huge resurgence of daily strikes and rallies across the country in #Myanmar.
Street protests never went away but have been really widespread again since January.

After Covid-19, governments around the world know very well how hard it is to ask people to simply stay at home.
Look at what Myanmar people achieved today with a nationwide #SilentStrike. It’s such an amazing feat of human commitment and unity without using any coercive force.
Two years after the coup, the Burmese people are still determined to reject the military regime. Amid threats, people participated in the silent strike against the military rule. Photos show usually congested roads with no traffic and normally bustling markets with no customers.
I miss home. What a privilege it was to be able to call a place a home. What a privilege it was to water the trees my grandma planted, what a privilege it was it sit at the exact same chair she sat and read the exact same books she read and her little scribbles.
As the second anniversary of the coup in Myanmar is coming up, people are rallying across the country to voice their continuing wish for democracy.
The anti-coup resistance might have disappeared from the major cities, but it is still very much alive in the countryside.

I miss home every single day. I sometimes feel displaced & suffocated but with many others who has sacrificed and lost so much, me losing a home temporarily is nothing. Home is where the heart is and Yangon has my heart always. ❤️🩹
Respect & admiration for young activists in #Myanmar. Despite living under military rule - with daily arrests & killings - they still found inventive ways to commemorate 34th anniversary of the 8/8/88 uprising. This generation cannot be stopped.
