@pokemondealsuk Thought mine was originally cancelled, then changed to processing, now they’ve tried to take payment but card has expired and it doesn’t show anywhere to update payment info (despite info with link requesting to do so)
@virginmedia intermittent signal for over a week that apparently should be sorted within 24hours, clearly hasn’t. Now completely down. Can’t seem to actually speak to a person for help. And yes we’ve turned it off & on again / reset multiple times
