Coin vending machine at br. cd 40045 is having some issue as note wasn't accepted on my visit to br. tody.
Although the machine was in ON state with green light, "CC ERROR 111" was there on screen.
Kindly have a look & rectify the same at the earliest.

This is last time before which I will reopen CPGRAM Govt. Portal complaint which was closed last year, where the agency had assured 48 hour delivery window, which they aren't following now .
Also, kindly send hard copy cash memo of previous month, which is not yet provided.

Cylinder booked on 17/05/26, still even the cash memo is also not generated, then when will they deliver it. Every month same scenario, no delivery until brought to notice through complaint or escalation.
