Airtel's social media complaint handling team is of no use.

@Airtel_Presence It's been 9days and still counting. All my transactions are stuck as I can't receive OTP due to this problem. You guys come up with same message everytime I ask you on update.See it yourself in the below screenshot.

@Airtel_Presence No network from today morning onwards. I am in IR. There are no dues and all relevant plans active on my number. This thing happening again despite the best assurances from your end.
