The FMGE has always been a challenging examination, but this time the level of difficulty reached another level.
A significant number of questions were based on real-life hospital clinical scenarios. Many were presented in video/GIF format, where candidates had to observe the patient’s clinical presentation and arrive at the correct diagnosis. Even in NEET PG, I have never encountered such a large number of direct diagnosis-based, video scenario questions in a single examination.
What makes this even more concerning is the condition under which many FMGs had to appear for the exam. Candidates from multiple centers reported non-functional air conditioners, fans that were not working properly, lack of drinking water, and no availability of cold water. Imagine appearing for a nearly 8-hour examination in temperatures approaching 50°C under such conditions.
The National Board of Examinations (NBE) charges one of the highest examination fees for FMGE i.e ₹6,195. When candidates are paying such a substantial amount, they deserve basic amenities and a smooth, dignified examination process.
No candidate should have to struggle against extreme heat and inadequate infrastructure while attempting one of the most important examinations of their career.
I sincerely request the concerned authorities to investigate these complaints, take strict action wherever deficiencies are found, and ensure that future FMGE examinations are conducted with proper facilities and humane conditions for every candidate. @FAIMA_INDIA_@DrRohanKrishna3@drugsdose@ANI@htTweets@NMC_BHARAT@NbeIndia
@Nishantjdu महोदय ,
The scholarships of Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG) interns and Indian Medical Graduate (IMG) interns in both government and private medical institutions have remained pending for several months. Furthermore, many private institutions are not paying the scholarships as promised by the Bihar Government.
FMGs of Shyamlal Chandrashekhar Medical College & Shaheed Prabhu Narayan Multi-Specialty Hospital (SLCMC & SPNMH), Khagaria, Bihar have not received their stipend for the past two months, while stipends are being paid in all other medical colleges across Bihar.
Despite raising their voice and even writing to the Secretary of Health, instead of resolving the issue, the college authorities have now suspended their internships and barred them from entering the campus.
Dear @mangalpandeybjp & @samrat4bjp ji, when the stipend is already permitted by the Government of Bihar and upheld by the Supreme Court, why is this medical college denying it?
We urge you to take immediate action against the college authorities and ensure justice for FMGs who are being unfairly targeted. @News18Bihar@ZeeBiharNews@BJP4Bihar@BiharTakChannel

Then this incident happened with my sister. He has been released, but we're still in danger. Who knows, now that they're out, they might kill me and my entire family. If they've released him, then they should put us in jail. At least our lives would be safe there. We would be alive. My sister is in distress that he has been granted bail. My family is still in danger. There are small children. I have a brother. Who knows what they might do to him? BIHAR FMGs DOCTOR STILL WAITING FOR ALLOTMENT LIST FOR INTERNSHIP 🚨
The FMGE exam was held on 26 July, yet even after five months, no allotment list has been released. Students have staged repeated protests, including yesterday, but authorities remain unmoved.
BCMR says “go to Secretariat,” Secretariat says “next week” a cycle of excuses dragging on for four months. FMGs who cleared the exam and fulfilled all requirements are being denied their rightful internships. This is not just delay it is injustice. Requesting @samrat4bjp@NitishKumar@mangalpandeybjp@BiharHealthDept to take immediate action on it.

The Scariest Report in the World. 📄
It isn't a Cancer diagnosis. It is this.
A Bacterial infection resistant to Every. Single. Antibiotic.
❌ Piperacillin-Tazobactam (High-end)? Resistant.
❌ Meropenem (ICU reserve)? Resistant.
❌ Vancomycin (The last resort)? Resistant.
The Superbug Pandemic is near.
And it will be 100x more dangerous than COVID-19. 📈
The Cause?
1. Indiscriminate use of Antibiotics in Corporate Hospitals.
2. Unqualified doctors treating with dangerous half-knowledge.
3. Ayush doctors writing antibiotics without even knowing the mechanism of action
4. Self-medication (Popping Azithromycin like candy).
5. OTC sale of Reserve Drugs.
Here’s another one -there are many like this. There is no regulation against such quackery, they are openly practicing, with BSc, MSc, BAMS, BUMS, and BHMS graduates prescribing allopathic medicine.😅 @DrDhruvchauhan@Lap_surgeon@DocPriyamMD@Indian__doctor
FMGs who cleared the FMGE June 2025 Exam over 4 months ago are still waiting for internship commencement in Bihar.
This prolonged delay has created immense stress and uncertainty.
medicopenia urges the @BiharHealthDept to expedite the process without further hold-ups

Intern doctors at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Bihta, Patna have highlighted that they have not received their internship stipend for the past 5 months, despite working round-the-clock in wards, emergencies and ICUs.
#ESICBihta#FMGInterns#StipendIssue@priyanka2bharti
On one hand, we are fighting hard for stipends, backed by the NMC, Supreme Court, and High Court, all of which affirm that FMGs deserve equal pay. Yet on the other hand, RAJMES is openly issuing letters and notices refusing to grant stipends to FMGs. Is this the value of court orders and the @NMC_BHARAT in our country?
@medicaldialogs@educationtimes@Xpress_edex@UDF_BHARAT@RajCMO@BhajanlalBjp
This is the state of medical education under @NMC_BHARAT where even their own guidelines are ignored by them and FMGs are left to suffer due to unnecessary delays in issuing eligibility certificates.
Today 50–100 FMGs are sitting in front of the NMC office with a very genuine concern: the @NMC_BHARAT has not issued eligibility certificates to them for years, without any clear reason. In the name of “verification,” the process is being indefinitely delayed. What kind of verification takes 1–2 years to complete?
This is a clear case of systemic failure and irresponsible behavior.
We urgently request @MoHFW_INDIA and @JPNadda ji to intervene.
@NMC_BHARAT address these genuine demands and solve it🙏
This thread summarises the startling revelations in ex-J&K Governor Satyapal Malik’s interview with Karan Thapar in @thewire_in which has been shamefully under-reported by our media:
1. CRPF asked for aircraft to fly their personnel; this was refused by the Home Ministry.
@Wranglerdenims I ordered a Jean from wrangler, and there is some size issue for that I want to exchange or return. While, in my order it's still showing shipped eventhough I got my delivery.
