Made only ONE payment, but my credit card has been charged TWICE and both transactions are showing successful. This is completely unacceptable and reflects poor payment handling. @OneCardHelp@RBI

@bobcardofficial More than 10 days have passed. Meta has officially confirmed that only one INR 5000 payment was received, but my duplicate transaction issue is still unresolved. I have already emailed the merchant confirmation, yet I am being told no email was received. Ticket IDs 9579341
@bobcardofficial It has already been more than 10 days and I only have 7 days left to pay my credit card bill. Still no resolution on the duplicate transaction and I am being forced to pay the disputed amount as well. I have now raised a complaint with RBI. Compliant No.N202627013005782
