@Swiggy which has been recently listed is going downhill by the day. This just shows how much the founders and the management care about their customers.

Incident summary:

Order placed: 8:30pm.
Order not delivered till 10:30 pm

Changed delivery person at 10 and still didn’t receive the order.
Call placed to customer care: 4 times with an average call time of 15 minutes with no resolution.

By the end, my family made fun of at home at 10:15 Pm and after 2 hours of this ordeal Swiggy cancelled my order
