Boko Haram ruthlessly killed 110 civilians in Nigeria. This is one of the worst acts of terrorism. The question here is Why does not India declare Boko Haram as a terrorist group and condemn Boko Haram's attack on civilians when we have a 'No tolerance for Terrorism' policy.
