Very disappointed with @Voltas & dealer support. Bought another AC but still facing poor service. My previous issue remains unresolved even after 1 year.

How can a complaint be closed without customer consent? This clearly shows lack of accountability.

@IncomeTaxIndia such a useless team of grievances department. I raised 4 times grievance and they provide stereotypes resolution. While we call them again they said make a new grievance. I sent them 3 times mail but could not reply on it ([email protected]).
