Bad acidic smell are in the surroundings of Rooms. Paints are peeled off.
We have stayed at BSB Station retiring room and the quality was top notch but this is worst I’ve seen. It’s just a suggestion not a complaint.

It’s a humble request to Indian Railways Officials to make surprise visits at Retiring Rooms. Currently me and my family is having accommodation at LJN Retiring Room No. 104 & 105. Premises is not clean by contractor. Room No. 105 is having leakages all over.

And now they are saying that the product is out of warranty so we can’t do anything. We sent roses gold watch and received the black color watch that too defective.

Pathetic service by @fireboltt__ @BolttSupport Due to technical reasons watch stopped working so we approach the customer service and they charged Rs. 300/- for checking the watch within warranty. After checking they replaced the another different watch which is also defective.
