There is no telephonic assistance plus the customer care service executive would disconnect the chat without resolving the issue.

Posting for a friend who has been harassed by @Flipkart. 1st, his order (AC) is not being delivered despite 2 orders in 4 months. 2nd, they r misleading on calls and app with the timelines. 3rd, they are charging EMI/month without the order being delivered. @flipkartsupport

Worst customer care service possible by @airtelindia rude on-ground executives, unhelpful regional area managers. Actually threatened that they will not solve the issue if we don't give them the 'happy code'.

Facing the same issue again @airtelindia This time they have topped it with non existent on-ground engineer visits. 12:16 I got a message saying the engineer is on the premises to resolve the issue (no one came) I called up the customer care service to report it.

Really annoyed and disappointed with the kind of service @VodafoneIN is providing. Calls don’t connect easily and if one is lucky and the call connects then it’s not audible clearly. Messages delivery get failed. Don’t even ask about the internet connection, it’s hell.
