ଯେତେବେଳେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଦାବିକୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଗଲା ଏବଂ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ସମସ୍ୟାର ଦୃଢ଼ ସମାଧାନ କରାଗଲା, ତା'ପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସଂସଦକୁ ଅଚଳ କରି ରଖିବା ଏହା ସ୍ପଷ୍ଟ କରୁଛି ଯେ, ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳର ସମସ୍ୟାର ସମାଧାନ ସହ କୌଣସି ସମ୍ପର୍କ ନାହିଁ।

ବିରୋଧୀ ଦଳର ନା ଗଣତାନ୍ତ୍ରିକ ଆଲୋଚନା ପ୍ରତି ଆଗ୍ରହ ଅଛି, ନା ଯୁବପିଢ଼ିର ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ପ୍ରତି ଚିନ୍ତା। ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଏକମାତ୍ର ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟ ହେଉଛି ସଂସଦରେ ଗଣତାନ୍ତ୍ରିକ ଚର୍ଚ୍ଚାରୁ ଦୁରେଇ ରହିବା, ଅରାଜକତା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବା।
