@talk2anuradha@IndiGo6E This is not only with indigo same is with airindia too. I tweeted to Ministry of civil aviation too but as expected there was no response.
@airindia @MoCI_GoI as far as free seat availability while web checking is concerned. Air India is the most ethic less company of India. Indigo is much better in this respect. Air India tries to fleece money from customer in the name of seat allocation. Try to avoid Air India.
@airindia Tried web check-in for my Tuesday Nagpur–Delhi flight. Even the last-row middle seats are paid seats
You achieved the impossible making passengers payl for seats nobody wanted in the first place.
Customer experience seems to be taking off in the opposite direction
