The toilets are almost inaccessible

Travelling wd family in such conditions has become extremly difficult & uncomfortable.

I bought Croma W/M TL 8kg CRLW080FAF264505 (Order ID: SOA233373198440) on 16 Aug 2025 from @cromaretail. Installation was PROMISED within 48 hrs (Ref: 09263234). Today is 19 Aug, still NO installation.

Is this the “service” Croma @CromaSupport promises its customers?

I trusted the TATA name while buying, but this harassment & #negligence is shocking. Customers deserve dignity, not humiliation. If this is how #TATA group companies treat people, action must be taken.
