@JenSue2point0 Mix 2/3-2/4 lb grad beef with about 1 cup of Minced mushrooms (I use food processor) 1/3rd cup crumbled blue cheese, 2 chopped green onions and about 1 tbsp of soy sauce. (Makes 3 patties) You can always add bacon in or on top the burger. butter and toast your buns. + mayo
