I have contacted you 10 times for advice on how to return my order. You have no online returns portal and instead ask customers to get in touch, but you do not respond.

@SW_Help Shame, hopefully you lost thousands in taxi reimbursement and travel distributions. How about you look for ways to prevent this from happening? How about Put some barriers up? Useless people
@maisiethetortie@SW_Help They can prevent it. Put barriers. Simple. And the least they can do is be honest to the people travelling instead of leaving people in the dark.
