Budget (₹1.13L Cr): Over 80% goes purely to administrative salaries. Actual capital expenditure on learning quality remains severely constrained.

Enrollment (1.9 Cr): UDISE+ data actually shows a post-COVID exodus out of UP government schools back to private ones because learning depth collapsed.

Ratio (20:1): A statistical mirage. The Union Education Ministry's own Project Approval Board just flagged 77,400 vacant elementary teacher posts in UP alone.

Infrastructure (97%): Painting walls under "Operation Kayakalp" doesn’t equal quality. Thousands of single-teacher schools are still struggling to function.

Medical Colleges (80+): Buildings aren't hospitals. The CAG reports a massive 38% overall shortage of doctors across the state, while the NMC routinely flags new colleges for lacking basic teaching faculty.

Those invoking "Baba Sahab’s Samvidhan" to gatekeep should actually try reading it. Article 75(5) explicitly allows any citizen to be appointed a Minister for up to 6 months without being an MP. By this logic, were S. Jaishankar, Hardeep Puri, and Ashwini Vaishnaw "illegal" when first inducted? Or do constitutional rules only apply when it’s not the BJP?

Deliberate harassment by DTC drivers at the Lajpat Nagar Subway bus stop! Between 2 PM and 3 PM (school off-time), buses coming towards Ambedkar Nagar on Route 419 completely disappear. Buses on the other side are running, but this side is intentionally blocked by drivers to avoid school kids.
