యాదగిరిగుట్ట దేవస్థానం ట్రస్ట్ బోర్డు సభ్యురాలు శ్రీమతి ఈశ్వరమ్మ యాదవ్ గారిపై కాంగ్రెస్ యూత్ అధ్యక్షుడు జక్కిడి శివచరణ్ రెడ్డి చేసిన అనుచిత, అవమానకర వ్యాఖ్యలను మేము తీవ్రంగా ఖండిస్తున్నాము.

సామాజిక న్యాయం, సమాన అవకాశాలు, బలహీన వర్గాల అభ్యున్నతే తమ ప్రభుత్వ లక్ష్యమని ప్రకటిస్తూ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీ నాయకుల నుంచే ఇలాంటి వ్యాఖ్యలు రావడం అత్యంత బాధాకరం. ఒక మహిళా ప్రజాప్రతినిధిని ఆమె గౌరవాన్ని దెబ్బతీసే విధంగా పరుష పదజాలంతో లక్ష్యంగా చేసుకోవడం ప్రజాస్వామ్య విలువలకు, మహిళా గౌరవానికి, సామాజిక న్యాయ స్ఫూర్తికి విరుద్ధం.

బలహీన వర్గాలకు చెందిన నాయకులు, ప్రజాప్రతినిధులు వరుసగా అవమానాలు, వివక్ష, దాడులకు గురవుతున్న ఈ పరిస్థితులు మన సమాజం ఆత్మపరిశీలన చేసుకోవాల్సిన అవసరాన్ని స్పష్టంగా తెలియజేస్తున్నాయి. మన హక్కులను, గౌరవాన్ని, రాజకీయ ప్రాతినిధ్యాన్ని కాపాడుకోవాలంటే మన వర్గాల నుంచే బలమైన, స్వాభిమాన నాయకత్వాన్ని నిర్మించుకోవడం అత్యవసరం.

కాబట్టి ఇప్పుడు ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ ఆలోచించాల్సిన సమయం వచ్చింది.

ఆత్మగౌరవంతో జీవించాలా? లేక అవమానాలను భరిస్తూ ప్రతిరోజూ మానసిక వేదనతో జీవించాలా?

బలహీన వర్గాల ఆత్మగౌరవాన్ని దెబ్బతీసే ఇటువంటి ఘటనలను సహించబోమని స్పష్టం చేస్తున్నాము. సామాజిక న్యాయం, సమాన గౌరవం, రాజ్యాంగ హక్కుల పరిరక్షణ కోసం త్వరలోనే విస్తృత స్థాయి ఐక్య పోరాటాలకు సిద్ధమవుదాం.

We strongly condemn the inappropriate and derogatory remarks made by Congress Youth President Jakkidi Shiv Charan Reddy against Mrs. Eshwaramma Yadav, a member of the Yadagirigutta Temple Trust Board.

It is deeply disappointing that such remarks have come from leaders of a party that came to power promising social justice, equal opportunity, and the empowerment of marginalized communities. Targeting a woman public representative with insulting and offensive language undermines democratic values, disrespects the dignity of women, and goes against the very spirit of social justice.

The repeated humiliation, discrimination, and attacks on leaders and representatives from marginalized communities should serve as a wake-up call. If we are to safeguard our dignity, constitutional rights, and political representation, we must build strong, self-respecting leadership from within our own communities.

The time has come for every one of us to reflect.

Do we choose to live with self-respect, or continue to endure humiliation and psychological distress every day?

We make it clear that such acts that undermine the dignity of marginalized communities cannot be tolerated. Let us unite and prepare for a broader democratic movement to uphold social justice, equality, and the constitutional rights of all citizens.

Major Development in the Suspicious Death Case of Ankam Rahul

A significant breakthrough has emerged in the investigation into the suspicious death of Ankam Rahul. As part of the ongoing investigation, Rahul’s mobile phone was recovered today from Manikyeshwar Nagar, near Osmania University, Hyderabad. Following this crucial development, the Andhra Pradesh Police have intensified their questioning of college students connected to the case.

In this context, the Habeas Corpus Writ Petition relating to Ankam Rahul’s case is scheduled to be heard on Friday, 10 July, at 11:00 AM in Court Hall No. 1 of the Telangana High Court.

On this occasion, we respectfully urge the Hon’ble High Court to:

* Transfer the investigation to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) without delay.
* Order a re-post-mortem examination to establish the true cause and circumstances of Rahul’s death.
* Ensure that every individual responsible for this incident is brought to justice through appropriate legal action.

It is deeply distressing that justice appears to have been delayed because Ankam Rahul was an ordinary young man from an economically disadvantaged family. However, this is not merely a fight for Rahul. It is a constitutional struggle to uphold the fundamental principle that every citizen is equal before the law, regardless of social or economic status.

With unwavering faith that the truth will ultimately prevail, we reaffirm our commitment to continue this legal and democratic struggle until justice is delivered.

ఇంజినీరింగ్ విద్యార్థి అంకం రాహుల్ అనుమానాస్పద మృతికి సంబంధించిన అనేక ప్రశ్నలు నేటికీ సమాధానం లేకుండానే మిగిలిపోవడం తీవ్ర ఆందోళన కలిగిస్తోంది. ఘటన జరిగి 25 రోజులు గడుస్తున్నప్పటికీ మృతదేహాన్ని కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు అప్పగించడంలో కొనసాగుతున్న జాప్యం, దర్యాప్తులో పారదర్శకత లేకపోవడం, అలాగే పేద మరియు బలహీన వర్గాలకు చెందిన విద్యార్థి మరణం పట్ల ప్రభుత్వ వ్యవస్థలు ప్రదర్శిస్తున్న నిర్లక్ష్య వైఖరి ప్రజల్లో తీవ్ర ఆవేదనకు దారితీస్తోంది.
