In September, @heydigit sold me a car insurance with a 35% discount. After two months, they have asked me to provide an NCB certificate from my previous insurer @TataAIGIndia, but in the NCB certificate mentions only a 20% No Claim Bonus.

@heydigit @TATAAIGIndia @TATAAIGIndia you are the culprit for this whole problem. Really disappointed with @TATAAIGIndia. My policy mentioned a 35% NCB, and I renewed my next insurance assuming the same. Later, Tata AIG’s own NCB document showed only 25%, causing unnecessary issues with my new insurer.

@heydigit You offer more discounts and sell the policy and later initiate for a recovery claiming NCB mismatch. NCB Discounts is something will be offered by insurance company and customer will not be aware of it. It’s clear SCAM

@heydigit @heydigit I had already shared the NCB over the mail and now again shared the NCB over the DM. But what is the point in taking NCB When It’s clear fraud from the sales team to sell the policy by offering more NCB discounts and now claiming NCB slab mismatch.
