Clean surroundings and efficient administration go hand in hand. Under #SpecialCampaign6, emphasis remains on systematic record management, timely disposal of pending matters, clutter-free workspaces and responsible e-waste disposal.
These measures help minimise waste, conserve resources and maintain hygienic surroundings while strengthening administrative efficiency.

My proposal.
Bus stops with two Toilets and a Police booth built with two 40ft shipping containers...simple and practical.
Get Corporate CSR/Rotary/MLA fund for the cap-ex...and the advertising revenue pays for the maintenance.
Zero cost to Govt.
Instead of spending crores on air-conditioned bus stops.
With these stops every few hundred meters, Chennai hopefully will be a little cleaner and less stinky 😊

Emotional clutter :
We declutter our homes. But what about our minds?
We throw away things we no longer need.
Yet we continue carrying:
Old hurts.
Resentments.
Guilt.
Regret.
Anger.
Outdated beliefs.
Why?
Because letting go is harder than holding on.
We tell ourselves:
“It mattered.”
“I can't just forget.”
So we keep carrying yesterday into today.
Emotional clutter is anything from the past that continues taking up space in the present.
Letting go doesn't mean denying what happened.
It means refusing to let it keep running your life.
What is something from the past that you need to drop today ?

You may not be able to control what happened.
But you can control how often you relive it.
Sometimes, it isn't the event that keeps hurting you.
It is the story you keep telling yourself about it.
The past happened once.
Your mind can replay it a thousand times.
You can't change what happened.
But you can change the meaning you give it.
Change the story.
Change the thought.
Change the way you carry it.
Peace begins when you stop fighting the past and stop replaying it in the present.

Chase Plan A, but learn to embrace the detours too.
“Life is what happens while you are busy making other plans.”
Don’t miss your life because it didn’t follow your plan.
The life you didn’t plan may still become the life you love.
P.S: I didn't plan to become a psychiatrist. But looking back, I feel that is the best thing that happened in my life.
Are you currently living plan A or
plan B in your life ?

Warren Buffett’s older sister Doris once went broke in the stock market, and her billionaire brother refused to write the check.
In the 1980s she lived in Virginia. A small brokerage talked her into a clever income trick: sell insurance on stocks. In finance speak that is selling naked put options. In plain English, she collected small fees for promising to buy stocks if they crashed.
As long as the market kept rising, it felt like free money. She never mentioned it to Warren. She knew he would discourage her. This felt exciting.
Then came Black Monday, October 19, 1987. The market dropped more than 22% in a single day.
Those insurance promises suddenly came due. Doris got a margin call she could not pay, about $2.6 million. The little brokerage collapsed. She ended up roughly $2 million in debt and nearly lost her house.
Warren could have bailed her out overnight. He did not. His logic was blunt. The money would not really save her. It would just pay the people on the other side of a gamble she should not have taken.
She later inherited Berkshire stock from their mother, rebuilt her life, became very rich and spent years giving tens of millions of dollars to charities.
The family still repeats the story for one simple reason. Even Warren Buffett will not pay for a gamble you took without knowing the risk.
Back in 2003, a German film crew filming in the Gobi Desert captured an incredibly moving moment: after a tough two-day birth, a mother camel rejected her newborn. A nomadic family then performed the ancient Hoos singing ritual passed down for generations. Once the song ended, the camel shed tears and finally accepted her baby. This powerful scene became one of the most memorable parts of the Oscar-nominated documentary The Story of the Weeping Camel.
Two villains steal your peace.
A painful memory from the past.
A fearful imagination of the future.
One keeps you stuck in what happened.
The other keeps you scared of what might happen.
And both take you away from the only moment you can actually live:
Now.
P.S: Of these two, which villain troubles you the most ?

Some blame the world.
Others blame themselves.
Both are looking backward and are stuck.
Blame asks:
“Whose fault is it?”
Growth asks:
“What can I do now?”
You may not control
what happened.
But you can control
what happens next.
That is where your power begins.

Stop-loss is essential in the stock market.
It is even more important in life.
Yet we struggle to use it.
Because in life, we don't just invest money.
We invest time, hope, love, effort and identity.
And that is where the sunk-cost trap affects us.
“I have already invested so many years.”
“I can't give up now.”
“Maybe tomorrow will be different.”
So we keep investing in relationships, careers, habits and dreams that are no longer giving us enough in return.
Not because they are worth saving.
Because we are afraid to admit the investment was a mistake.
But the past cannot be changed by sacrificing more of the future.
A stop-loss doesn't necessarily mean quitting.
It can mean:
Pause.
Reassess.
Set a boundary.
Change direction.
Or walk away.
Ask yourself:
“If I were starting today, knowing what I know now, would I choose this again?”
If the answer is no, don't let yesterday's investment become tomorrow's prison.
