I have been booked service from pickup and drop. Docket ID INRN230119002. service center in-charge called me from [phone] and asked to transfer money of Rs.12567 to his own gpay but i refused and asked company bank account number. he didnt give then

then service center sent company account no. and amount rs. 12167 to be paid and also i paid. After completing display change they informed to pickup and drop service docket no. V74127199 @DTDCIndia
but still pickup not done
