🚨 Maharashtra Government’s proposed draft on Devasthan Inam lands seeks transfer and ownership rights in the names of tenants and occupants, raising serious concerns over the future of Hindu temples and temple properties dedicated to religious purposes.

🔹 While Waqf properties under the Waqf Act 1995 receive strict legal protection and cannot be easily transferred, similar protection is not being extended to Hindu temple lands.

✊ Temple trustees, devotees, and Hindu society are being urged to unite against the privatisation of Devasthan lands.
