@MMatvikov @undefinedhandle Exactly. The issue is that there is no reasonabke dispute resolution avenue. Even if they are proven to be in the wrong it doesn’t matter, there is no avenue of appeal. The robodebt analogy is accurate. Government not acting because it’s making them too much money. It’s appalling

@MMatvikov Marko thanks for raising this, the process they have is deeply flawed. They sent me a fine to an old address. I downloaded and sent them a record of my drivers licence address change. It proved they clearly made a mistake. Their response - bad luck, pay up or else. It’s corrupt.
