GPs' work could be done via telehealth + F2F, Physios can support GP practices to become more efficient with MSK care. NZ needs more GPs and co-ordinated MDT by Allied Health. Doesn't devalue GP instead increases high value care https://t.co/dyeVJ1LoGT
@dsharma13sc Titans should keep Henry, helps Levis with Playaction. Spears is a great back but doesn't have the same physicality or Goal line TD threat.
On King Henry side is to go to a contender to try and win a ring. Buffalo, Baltimore and KC who are most likely to repeat.
@PhysioNZ Does slouching make us injury prone? Mixed messages in the stuff article. All for encouraging we are designed to move.. but general public would read that slouching = injury prone for LBP. Sitting is not the new smoking

C'mon @PhysioNZ I'm all for getting people moving.. but saying slouching is going to make you injury prone isn't what NZ public need to hear! Mixed msg goes against international evidence π€ Slouching can postural pain but no association with injury risk

βIf we slouch we're putting those joints at end range, stretching those muscles, we're more prone to injuryβ PNZ President Kirsten Davies

NZ public need a different explanation for LBP and $4.6B claims

@TitansMan97@ryank00l@titansfilmroom I agree its never guaranteed. But if Titans lose then increased likelihood of getting LT Alt/Fashanu with higher pick to protect Levis. Or would you rather win and stick with Andre Dillard another year? π€
@TitansMan97@ryank00l@titansfilmroom Yes a rebuild in the last 5 years is more relevant than 15 years ago. Bengals wouldn't have success without Joe Burrow, Jamar Chase. Dolphins w Tua. Lions Sewell and Hutchinson. Its not a guaranteed success but higher picks/elite talent have greater ability to alter a franchise.
@TitansMan97@ryank00l@titansfilmroom I'm meaning the past 5 years not 10-20 years of history. If you look at Lions, Bengals and Jags they have had successful rebuilds in last 5 years. This is more relevant to Titans as they need to commit to a rebuild now.
@TicTacTitans Fans have to accept the rebuild process. You can't always be competitive and win initially. We have trust the process of the rebuild. Look at Bengals, Jags and Lions all successfully rebuilt rosters. Titans need Elite LT, WR and CB prospects, and to change offensive identity.
@salmanfredi Michael Pittman Jr is a possession based receiver not as good as D-Hop, not a great seperator and lacks elite speed. I would pass! Need receivers who can seperate
@dsharma13sc There is also no major resignings like J.Simmons this year. Autry, Al-Shaair can be resigned for a reasonable prices. I think a 1-2 year extension for the King is respectful and still provides value to the team with 1-2 punch with Spears
@dsharma13sc Keep Henry for 8-10million there is 80 million in cap, he provides value playaction offense for Levis and redzone TDs. He just needs an O-Line! Alternatively if moving on from Henry use late 7th round or UDFA to fill roster
@_PrettyBoyKelly Like Alt at 7 and Cowing in the 6th. Would rather Troy Franklin or Xavier Worthy in the slot, need some vertical deep speed threat to open up D-Hop and Burks on Crossers/intermediate routes
@TitansMan97@ryank00l@titansfilmroom Myles Garrett. Penei Sewell, Aidan Hutchison and Trevor Lawrence would say something different.
The reality is teams that need to rebuild their roster need high draft picks to secure premier talent to build around. Some will bust but others will be franchise altering picks
@NoFlagsFilm Awesome tier breakdown! Titans need to move on from some players, Fulton, Dillard, Radunz and Farley. Target JC Latham, Alt, Bowers or Nabers 1st round in the draft, Legette, Franklin and Jordan Morgan could be options in the 2nd
@jwyattsports@TreylonBurks Interested in what's the white neck collar for?
Is it a sensor to measure the force of the hits or is it there to protect the neck from excessive movement?
Great to see Treylon back, hope he can stay healthy and make some great catches π
@SameerKES Malik is keeping his upper body quiet and his base more ready to throw. Levis moves more dynamically forward and back but loses his base so would have to reset when throwing.
It's just practice though the real thing is during the game processing, decision making under pressure
