@InvictaOrtho Great case @InvictaOrtho, I’ve recently had a fatigue failure with a pure lateral plate. May have been too rigid… Also immediate weight bearing with single device can increase cantilever effect. I’ve moved to dual implant fixation with nail plate combinations. Immediate WB….

@bellkneesurgeon Valid point. 8mm graft documented, no comment on tripling but tibial socket was drilled to 8.5, despite measuring an 8mm graft, which would suggest tripling of graft.... 8F/8.5T normally
