Flight on 7 April transiting through Montreal airport for 2 hours. We submitted visa application to Canadian High Commission London, who replied saying resources diverted to Canada-Ukraine Emergency. Can @AirCanada refund/provide options accommodating this exceptional situation?

@VFSGlobal - we have been calling your hotline [phone]) for 3 days now, and paying the 69p fees which you charge for the same, but no response! My younger brother has applied for a 2-year UK visa from your Delhi, India Center and has his flight scheduled for 6th September!

@VFSGlobal it’s been more than 25 days since the application was sent for processing. Your stipulated time is 15 days processing. We have been getting no guidance at all on how to follow-up or how to escalate given flight is on 6th Sep!
