Can't b bothered to live anymore.
Everyone seems to have it all.
I worked hard.
I prayed hard.
I tried hard.
But nope.
Here I am on 3 types of.meds on the precipice of a third psych admission.
I'm exhausted.
N everyone I knoe just want their socmed presence to look good je.
@Cikgu_Anep Sangat setuju.
Gentle parenting bagus tapi kalau tak habis belajar dan tahap kesabaran tu lg nipis dari kulit bawang, dia jadi lazy parenting. Cubaan buat anak macam kawan gagal sebab anak dengan kawan pun dia rude. Jadilah parents yang reasoning + strict + sensible.
@Cikgu_Anep 1/2 Contoh parenting style parents aku buat, yg aku rasa masih valid sampai skrg:
1. Jangan bagi anak keluar mlm2. Kalau keluar, dgn parents je.
2. Org dtg rumah, keluar salam tetamu. Bukan duduk dlm bilik.
3. Pegi rumah org, jgn masuk bilik/pegi dapur suka hati.
I thought it was the last Friday of the year.
rupa2nya ada lagi satu lah babe.
itu tak termasuk the amounts of times I have written 2024 on a sheet yet.

I went from 0 papers to 5 papers in my last PhD year.
Today. No fancy templates. No magic formulas.
Just 5 powerful ideas to get you started:
1. Start with a question, not a topic.
• What are you genuinely curious about?
• What problem do you want to solve?
Curiosity sparks engagement.
2. Read widely, but not deeply at first.
• Get a broad overview of your field.
• Then, dive into specifics later.
Don't drown in details. Get the lay of the land first.
3. Talk to people.
• Discuss your ideas with peers all the time.
• Get feedback and refine your thinking.
Conversation is the cornerstone of connection.
4. Write early and often.
• Don't wait for the perfect draft structure.
• Just get your ideas down on paper.
Imperfect action trumps perfect inaction.
5. Don't be afraid to fail.
• The first draft is always terrible.
• The crucial thing is to want to write and learn.
Failure is a stepping stone, not a dead end.
Find a deep problem that you care about.
What's your deep problem?
Allah will test you in 3 ways
1. Allah will give you what you want immediately & test your "GRATITUDE"
2. Allah will give you what you want with a little delay & tests your "PATIENCE"
3. Allah doesn't give you what you want & tests your "FAITH"
