Wtf, this is horrifying!

According to an Amnesty report, RAF used electric batons against protesters during the 20 July Jantar-Mantar protest.

Amnesty has verified atleast one video which shows that Police used electric stick/batons to shock students during the protest.

According to a Home Ministry release, the sticks were procured earlier and officers were trained with it.

Is this the right way to treat students? I know Amit Shah won't answer.
