🚨 Pune: Hindu girl Harassed After Rejecting Proposal

A case has been registered against Sufiyan Khan for mentally harassing an 18-year-old Hindu girl after she rejected his proposal.

According to the complaint, he sent repeated messages from multiple numbers, threatened suicide.

⚠️ Most alarming: The complaint also alleges that a friend Mariyam Shaikh called the victim and threatened that "even if you lodge a police complaint, nothing will happen to Sufiyan."

This case demonstrates that some Muslim women support Muslim youths engaging in 'love jihad'.

Religious extremists in India have become increasingly emboldened due to the lack of fear of the law, leading to incidents such as ‘Love Jihad’, land-related disputes, and communal violence.

What measures will the government take to curb such activities?

कृपया वक्फ (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2025 की धारा 3(c) पढ़ लें। इसमें सरकारी संपत्ति पर वक्फ के दावे/कब्ज़े को हटाने का प्रावधान है। इसी धारा को चुनौती देते हुए मामला आज भी सर्वोच्च न्यायालय में लंबित है।
