Hi @airtelindia same βΉ899 recharge on two prepaid numbers, but one received 2GB/day and the other only 1.5GB/day. Why the difference? Also, frequent recharge price hikes every few months raise concerns about transparency. Please clarify.

And unfortunately your system does not send automated FD renewal reminder via email or SMS. Now I am unable to figure on your portal what is the maturity date. In older version of portal it was very clear and easy to locate.

I would like to help my senior citizen parents to update/associate their EPIC number to a mobile number. I created a Form 8 request; however no action or clear direction about next step. It is very confusing. Hope no other Snr Citizen goes through this pain.
