Right now every user gets the same frozen AI model. Memory and personality are just text files sitting on top.

I think a lot of systems will move to per-user neural networks in the future, probably several per person, whose weights actually change with use. Paths that fire a lot get stronger. New neurons can show up with small weights. And rarely used ones get decreased weights. (Like the brain)

These nets will have actual neural memory (in addition to text notes) and develop actual individualized personality.

These NNs probably won’t beat large frontier models on benchmarks. In actual use, however, a model that has been shaped by how you operate will beat one that hasn’t and be much more pleasant to work with.

The whole “20x” in Claude’s pricing is so misleading.

The $100 plan says 5x Pro limits, while the $200 plan says 20x Pro limits. That makes it sound like you’re getting 4x the usage.

But the 20x applies only to the 5-hour usage window. The weekly limit is basically just 2x the $100 plan.

I spent way too much time digging through the internet and Reddit to figure this out. They could’ve just stated the limits directly instead of marketing it as “20x.”

That alone would’ve saved me hours of confusion.

An enormous amount of human time goes into creating regulation and bureaucracy, then enforcing it in government and complying with it in the private sector. That is a huge drain on human capital.

With better, simpler regulations and systems, I am certain we would need 80% fewer attorneys, notaries, tax advisers, compliance staff… If those people were doing productive work instead, we would be much further ahead.
