@AmazonHelp None of these categories apply. I have an account. My username and password work. I need to speak with an account specialist- a real, live human being and not a template email. Haven’t been able to do this in 18 months. Incredibly frustrating.

@AmazonHelp my account has been locked for 18 months and I still haven’t been able to speak to a real human being about the issue. Robotic, template emails as customer “support”. Unhelpful guidance via twitter. Unbelievable.
@AmazonHelp I have received no email and no text other than the same robot email asking me to provide payment information on my account for a product bought fraudulently on my account (no payment method on my account is valid anymore due to said fraud).
@AmazonHelp Erica, the issue is I can’t log in to get assistance. I need to speak with a real human which seems to be impossible without being able to log in (I can’t, I am “banned”) and just get the follow message. The link you provided requires me to log in for help. I can’t do that.
@AmazonHelp my account has been locked, no one is available by phone to assist and I’ve tried responding to your emails (as advised) and have received the SAME scripted email 10 times in a row. Unbelievably frustrated.
@AmazonHelp Is there anyone that can address an issue over the phone at all? You’re on of the largest companies in the world and can’t manage to assist a customer with a locked account? My prime account & amazon music are locked and no one is able to assist?! This is so frustrating.
