At 20 weeks the heart did not develop properly, meaning the left side did not form and the baby most likely would not survive when born. And if it did, surgery would be needed. The surrogate fled against the BIOLOGICAL parents wishes in order to birth the baby, knowing he had a slim to no chance of surviving.

She gave birth on Aug 12th. He's been in the NICU ever since. He had a heart operation as a newborn and has to have 2 more major heart surgeries before he's 3 years old.

That surrogate did nothing but cause this family pain and unimaginable medical bills. They didn't want their child to suffer. And look at what she did.
