Monday, Feb 17th, the Bryan precincts will be meeting at Elkin Public Library from 5:30-6:30! Elkin precinct will also be meeting that evening at the Elkin Public Library, 6:45-7:45! Bring a Democratic friend!

Thursday, Feb 13th, the Pilot precinct will be meeting at the Civic Center in Pilot at 6! Shoals and Westfield precincts are invited to attend as well.

Requests for absentee ballots for the primary began Jan 13th. One stop/early voting begins on Feb 13th; locations in Dobson and Mt Airy. Feb 25th is the last day to request an absentee ballot by mail. Feb 29th is the last day for one stop/early voting.

Dobson 1 and 2 will now be combined, Dobson Combined. If your polling location and precinct changed, you will be getting a letter in the mail notifying.

Some of our polling precincts/locations have been consolidated. Mt Airy 3 and 4 are now Mt Airy Combined. All Elkin precincts are now one, Elkin (Precinct 30). Pilot Mtn 1 and 2 are now combined, Pilot Mtn (Precinct 32).

Info for Surry County voters:

Voters will NOT be required to show photo ID for the March 3, 2020 primary election.

All absentee ballots will either need to be requested and delivered by hand or by mail. They will not process ballots or requests by email or fax this year.
