@BeaverSauce666 @CBSThisMorning For me this is above partisanship. If Kavanaugh turned round and said straight out, ‘I did this, I was 17, I was drunk, I was stupid, I’ve regretted it, I’ve turned myself around and tried to make amends since’ I wouldn’t think this should be disqualifying.

@BeaverSauce666 @CBSThisMorning Oh I don’t think lie detector tests are particularly helpful in general but the fact that she came forward when his name went on the list NOT when he was finally nominated to me adds credence to her story. She had no way of knowing he would be the ultimate pick.

@BeaverSauce666 @CBSThisMorning Ted Bundy is a psychopath, psychopaths can easily pass lie detectors, of a psych evaluation scored her as on psychopath scale fair enough. Kavanaugh could easily submit to same test.

@BeaverSauce666 @CBSThisMorning To me this adds up to credible enough cause for further investigation and the nomination shouldn’t go ahead atm. He’s denied it, although past statute of limitations if the weight of evidence points to probable guilt he shouldn’t be on Supreme Court.

@BeaverSauce666 @CBSThisMorning Like who I was with that day, what I was wearing, what they were wearing, what room I was in, who I spoke to those days. Trauma does funny things to memory. It’s entirely plausible that she blamed herself BECAUSE she had a beer and that’s why she remembers that’s detail.

@mcspiller1 @markknoller @KellyannePolls She spoke to her therapist about it in 2012 and clearly didn’t want it to be public knowledge. Why now? I’d speak up if my attempted rapist was about to be nominated to the Supreme Court, and if you wouldn’t there is something wrong with you.

Just because Kavanaugh didn’t attempt to rape 65 women doesn’t mean he didn’t attempt to rape one specific woman. It’s like saying that the one time you drove drunk and killed someone doesn’t count because you didn’t do it to 65 other people.

@_michaelbrooks I remember you saying trump didn’t have military behind him so coup unlikely, do you think ICE could act as his military if he attempted an overthrow when voted out/term expired (hopefully voted out)?
