@saraanne71 Totally agree. Race based hiring and promotion is a failure. Regardless of which race. We have blacks in high positions because they are black. We have whites in positions because their white buddies promoted them.

@saraanne71 Of course I would. Anything that shows just one demographic getting hired or promoted should always be questioned. The real concern comes in, don’t demand equality, when the one demanding it wants to be treated differently because of your color and race.

@saraanne71 There should be zero barriers for testing and cost $0. Municipalities don’t charge when people apply for a garbage man’s spot or secretary. Cities are taking advantage of the carrier, due to its popularity.
