Recently I booked a rental car with @Expedia and @nextcarrentals. Due to their error, I ended up with two bookings. One was promptly refunded. But when I arrived to pick up my car, I was told I had no active bookings. Expedia/NextCar cancelled both and refused the refund. (1/2)

I ended up paying more for Uber during my stay, received no service from them but ended up paying @Expedia and @nextcarrentals anyway. I have some screenshots and recording of my conversation at NextCar. Should I continue to use @Expedia in future? (2/2)
