Laura is my amazing friend, who I’ve had the pleasure of working with for 25 yrs. What a challenge she’s set herself! With her determination to raise money for @AlzResearchUK she’s so ready for her swim of a lifetime. If you have a few pennies please help Laura. TY @SolentNHSTrust

Do you CARE to listen? Enabling cultures to #SpeakUp is only one part of the journey
Take time to reflect on your listening style, the time you give to hear the voice, the words, the meaning + impact
Speaking up alone is not enough!
#SpeakUpListenUpFollowUp #CAREtoListen

[Chivers Susan @susan_chivers]

@CarterSBethany Love this 👍🏻 The word “Communication” is always used with in a work place!
But what is communication without LISTENING!
