That promptly went to a voice response which promptly told me they couldn’t help me and my call was dropped. All I wanted to do was report a faulty product or one which is past its expiry but still on shelves.

@cvspharmacy I attempted to submit a complaint online. My complaint could not be submitted (for a reason unbeknownst to me). I called customer service who could not help me but they transferred me on to someone who supposedly would.

@cvspharmacy massive fail - in store, online and on the phone. I attempted to fill out an online complaint about nail polish remover pads that I purchased earlier today. It took 3 pads to remove polish from 10 nails that had had a basic (No gel, no multiple coats) manicure.
