I have been in contact now with customer service. Shocking nothing can be done and I just have to wait 7 days. Two different stories text states numerous order, customer service say a warehouse issue. Come on Boots, your service is shocking and for an expensive item too!!!!!!

@GAMEdigital do not buy any item from Game, I purchased a chair for next day delivery one week ago and have been give the run around with no item received. Customer services saying I have to wait 30 days to claim a refund! Surely come on!!!!!!!

@tesco waited 2hour for a slot to then be kicked out of the app when I get to the front. Well that’s me going to asda now and cancelling my delivery pass. Come on tesco get it together. So disappointed

@marksandspencer your customer service is shocking. Happily take money from your customers but when trying to return make it as complicated as possible, with replies ‘you’ll just have to wait for a returns email to arrive’, 6 hours and still no email with the same answer.

@My_Metro hi metro, will the metro be running normally from fellgate to monument on Monday 26th sept? Just wondered if the closure of the south shields line to Pelaw also impacts the fellgate line? Thank you
