@jhammyb Was finally able to transfer my funds out of my account and close it. I hope you've been able to receive a resolution as well. It's incredibly frustrating and actually frightening when you can't access your funds and there doesn't seem to be any help available.
@NatSac214@marcus It’s incredibly frustrating. My experience was the same. Transfer requests appeared to go through only to be reversed a few days later without notifications. Account “locked” for no apparent reason. Hours on the phone with customer service. I finally was able to close the acct.
@marcus It does not matter what your interest rate is if I'm unable to access my funds. I've tried several times beginning on August 8th. Still no luck. I am on hold with customer service to actually close our account.
