Sunrun is all empty promises. In a group chat between my case manager, Ijah, their supervisor, Connie, and a customer care rep, Jenny, (whom I was on the phone with to get real time feedback after spending months with little progress), told them that I wasn’t accepting their offer from a leak investigation where they never even lifted a tile, because I must know that Sunrun isn’t to blame for the leak. Bold accusation considering the leak aligns perfectly with the outline of the solar panels. My warranty is still active, and I’ve been ghosted since a feeble attempt by a team lead on May 29th. I’m reassured every time I call that my case manager is on top of it, even after my case manager accused me of trying to defraud the company… all of this must be some sort of contract violation, right? Under my warranty I have the right to a thorough investigation. I’m sure there’s something in the contract about good faith communication too. Where would making false accusations against me and no communication for weeks fall under the contract?
